David Ashfield has over 25 years of experience in water resource management, municipal engineering, and land development. He has extensive experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams to complete Master Environmental Servicing Plans, Master Drainage Plans, and Subwatershed Planning studies throughout Southern Ontario. His expertise is characterized by his record of successfully resolving conflicting mandates, often through the application of non-traditional and innovative solutions, and the provision of advisory services to ensure effective collaboration.

David is an active committee member in the Sustainable Technologies Evaluation Program (STEP), a multi-agency program led by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to provide the data and analytical tools necessary to support broader implementation of sustainable stormwater technologies and practices within a Canadian context.
